Terms and conditions for the Blue Parrot Lounge

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Blue Parrot Lounge, an exclusive membership-based lounge at 6848 Five Star Blvd. #5, Rocklin, CA. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Membership

2.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and over. Proof of age may be required at the time of application and entry.

2.2 Membership Fees

The membership fee is $369, There will be a promotion of $299 if purchased before 10/1/2024, billed annually. Payment is due in full upon approval of the membership application. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fee for VIP perks upgrade will be $49 per month and will be billed monthly.

2.3 Membership Approval

Membership applications are subject to review and approval by The Blue Parrot Lounge management. Approval is based on criteria set by management. The Blue Parrot Lounge reserves the right to refuse membership without explanation.

2.4 Non-Transferable

Memberships are personal to the member and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual. Membership cards must be presented upon entry and may not be shared.

2.5 Renewal and Termination

Memberships are renewed annually. The Blue Parrot Lounge reserves the right to terminate membership for failure to comply with these terms and conditions or any other reason deemed appropriate by management.

3. Member Benefits

3.1 Exclusive Access

Members enjoy private access to The Blue Parrot Lounge during open hours. Access is granted upon presentation of a validation of active membership. Detail are available on our website or membership portal and may be subject to change.

3.2 Events and Reservations

Members can make reservations. They are strongly recommended and can be made through our online system or by contacting the lounge directly. 

3.3 Discounts & Perks

VIP perks members may receive exclusive discounts and offers on food, beverages, and event bookings. Details are available on our website or membership poral and may be subject to change. 

3.4  Loyalty Rewards ($30 per month which come with membership)

These do not roll over or accumulate and must be used monthly. 

4. Conduct

4.1 Behavior

Members and their guests must always maintain respectful and courteous behavior. Any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful by The Blue Parrot Lounge management may result in immediate revocation of membership without refund.

4.2 Dress Code

A smart casual dress code is always enforced. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not following the dress code. The dress code includes but is not limited to no shorts, flip-flops, or overly casual attire.

4.3 Guest Policy

Members may bring guests to the lounge, subject to the guest policy for their membership in effect at the time. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and must ensure they comply with these terms and conditions.

5. Facilities

5.1 Hours of Operation

The lounge is open Wednesday and Thursday from 3-9 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 4-10 pm. Happy Hour is from 3-6 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Hours of operation may be subject to change.

5.2 Calendar & Decor

The lounge will remain open on holidays if they fall on regular days of regular operation for regular hours (unless otherwise specified on lounge calendar) and with a regular seasonal menu. Membership does not include holiday themed events. Décor will not be altered and will remain as usual.

5.3 Use of Facilities

Members are expected to respect the facilities and use them responsibly. Any damage caused by a member or their guests will be the member's responsibility.

6. Liability

6.1 Personal Property

The Blue Parrot Lounge is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Members are advised to keep personal belongings secure.

6.2 Injury

Members and their guests use the lounge at their own risk. The Blue Parrot Lounge is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises. Members agree to indemnify and hold The Blue Parrot Lounge harmless from any claims arising from their use of the facilities.

7. Amendments

7.1 Changes to Terms

The Blue Parrot Lounge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through announcements on our website. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
